Defective and no help from company
After less than two years of light use, my treadmill stopped working, and Titan has been zero help in helping me diagnose or resolve the issue. When I start the treadmill, the motor runs for a second, but then it stops and the display shows the E10 error code shown in the picture. The treadmill's manual says that for an E10 error, you should contact support. I've contacted support many times over the past month to try to get an answer as to what the E10 error code means so that I can determine how to fix it, but they have been no help whatsoever. Support doesn't know what the E10 error means and they keep saying they're going to get answer from the product development team, but each week I follow up and they have failed to do that. Due to the expensive cost of this item, it's disappointing for it to become defective after less than two years of light use, and even more disappointing to receive no help whatsoever from Titan. Because of that, I recommend staying away from Titan and especially from this model.

I've had this for 4 months now, and use it almost daily. I walk slowly while on conference calls or emailing, and find myself walking a few hours a day for "free." I had a problem with the console (something loose inside flying around) and I emailed the company, they replaced it immediately. The unit works great, super easy to use, very sturdy, no squeaking/weird sounds, and it's quiet enough I use it while on speaker phone. It's easy to slide out away from my desk when i'm not using it. Overall I love it, have recommended it to lots of people!

I bought this to help me in my fight against high blood pressure. It works well, and is easily adjustable from 1/2 mph up to 4 mph, that is, a slow walk to a medium paced jog. I have mine in my living room right in front of the TV, so when I watch TV, I walk while I do it instead of sitting on my butt. I wanted something that didn't have handrails and a big front console so that it didn't impede everyone else's view of the TV. It works pretty well.

A word to the wise: The treadmill is a flat, non-inclined design, so I've had to prop up the front end on some wood planks to tilt it. I didn't want to do that, but a flat walking gait at a challenging pace puts way too much work on my hamstrings, and after using it regularly for a few weeks, my hamstrings have gotten very tight which has caused me tremendous lower back pain. If you plan to walk at a faster pace, prop up the front end! An incline changes your gait so that you rely more on your quads and glutes -- you're pushing yourself with them instead of pulling yourself with your hamstrings.

Also, note that the app that works with it is handy, although it is set up for kilometers per hour instead of miles per hour, so the 1 2 3 4 settings in the app don't work right, because 4 kph is only 2.5 mph. But the app is nice because you can view your stats easily on one screen, as opposed to watching the blinking red light display on the machine as it slowly blinks from one stat to another.

So it's not a perfect machine, but so far it seems to meet my needs for a low budget, small footprint, low profile, walking treadmill. I can't speak to the durability of the machine yet, but I'll give the Titan a solid 4 stars.

The manual says to lubricate the machine, but does not come with instructions. I contacted the company and they gave me these instructions, which I have copied below:
"As per further checking, here's the instructions for the care of the treadmill.
Starting toward the front (motor end) of your treadmill, slide your hand underneath the belt creating separation between the deck and belt. While gently applying controlled pressure to the squeeze bottle, slowly move the applicator from the center towards the edge of the treadmill belt. Repeat on opposite side. Once lubricated, turn treadmill back on and let it run for 3-5 mins. We recommend lubricating the treadmill belt every 3-4 months."

I just realized I have owned this for almost 6 years, which blows my mind because it works just as well as it did new. The top plastic part has a small, not very noticeable crack in it, but that is because my 2 large dogs walk over it sometimes. I try to use treadmill lube regularly, which is a must. It is quite heavy, so I don’t move it regularly. I have moved with it twice and it requires 2 people to lift. I set a chair on top of it for the majority of my day while I work and take it off to walk for about an hour a day (side note: fitness trackers won’t count your steps on a treadmill if attached to your wrist. I stuff my watch in my sock, which allows it to pick up the forward motion needed to register the steps.). I do put a typical ergonomic office chair on top of it, but it is very precarious and requires a lot of readjusting. I also have a kneeling chair that fits perfectly, as does a dining chair I have from IKEA. The start up beeps are loud, but don’t last long. I don’t take calls while on this because I feel like it would probably create a lot of weird background noise, but I haven’t experimented with it. I used to think walking desks were a bit much, but I am so glad I questioned that attitude. I have back and neck pain if I sit too long and being able to walk periodically while I work is such a relief, plus it helps with afternoon slumps. I would replace this immediately if anything happened to it.

It works, but it is louder than you would think and mine has an awful creaking sound if it above 2.5mph. Not the best customer service either. It came over a week later with extreme damage to the box and I am sure the shipping damage is what ultimately is causing my sound issues. Contacted seller and they couldn't/didn't help or seem concerned. I'll still use it when I manage to be home by myself.

I bought this underdesk treadmill after having a standing desk for a couple of years.

    Pros:
This product works great! It came well packaged - the box appeared damaged (it's about 150lbs so grab a friend), but the product inside was pristine.
It works great! It goes up to 4 mph, so you can get a decent workout at your desk if you want to walk at a high clip.
Turning the unit on and using it is as simple as pressing two buttons.

    Cons:
It doesn't keep track of any of your information. Once you complete your walk, the unit forgets your stats.
The head unit is very basic - it only shows one data point at a time and you don't have the option to scroll through the different data points it's capturing while you're walking, so you have to just watch the unit as it cycles through to see your data
The instructions were a little unclear. The wire to plug the head unit in is under the treadmill, so make sure to pull that out before setting it on the ground.

All in all, i'm very happy with this purchase. I actually stand all day, so if i'm not walking on the treadmill, i'm standing on it. So far, I've stood or walked on it every day (4 months) and it works just as it did out of the box.
